Suzee Brain
Suzee is an experienced leader and expert in the F&B industry. She began her food journey working as Kerry Packer’s personal chef in the 80s, making strides to establish her name as a leader in the industry.
Before age 21, she had ascended to senior management within the hospitality and commercial catering sector. Proving successful and trustworthy, she went on to lead teams in such reputable organisations as Southern Pacific Hotels and Peter Rowland Catering.
Suzee soon founded her own café chain, Sydney Eats, in addition to a café known as 92 Degrees. In 2008 92 Degrees was awarded Café of the Year, cementing Suzee’s place as a pioneer in the food and beverage sector.
Following her success, she started Titanium Food in 2009, wanting to share her wealth of knowledge and industry experience with property owners entering the F&B sector. She was determined to create positive change in the market and see viable investments through from planning to implementation.
Suzee is a confident communicator, being sought-after for public speaking and educational seminars. She is at home with both small-business owners and senior executives alike, having lived experience in both roles.
At the helm of Titanium Food, she makes it a priority to train her team to operate with the utmost integrity, teaching them to make discerning decisions without compromising client business. There is no room for error and Suzee ensures research and evidence provide the foundation for all operations companywide.
The victory for both consultant and client when a property owner establishes a successful F&B presence drives Suzee to make her team as educated and skilled as possible. She relishes the opportunity to evaluate demographic trends to find a business to meet the needs of a community and satisfy all stakeholders.
