Kevin has over 30 years of property and construction experience. Originally trained as a land surveyor and then civil engineering, specialising in sewerage and roading works, Kevin moved to property management and development.

He subsequently joined Fletcher Challenge as a Property Manager, then Commercial Development Manager. He also spent time within the Fletcher Construction organisation, where he held roles as Business Development Manager and Regional Manager.

After 10 years with Fletcher, Kevin moved to a senior management role with Excell Corporation, where he undertook business development and tender management in New Zealand and Australia. These skills provided opportunities to work with a variety of clients and invaluable exposure to government and local authority tender and service delivery contracts.

In 1999 Kevin formed Property and Project Consulting (PPC Ltd), a consultancy centred on providing client focused property advice, client side project management and infrastructure maintenance and construction tender services, specialising in attribute development, transition planning and contract structures.

PPC Ltd has provided services to some of Australasia ‘s largest companies, and also to a range of boutique operators, he has completed projects for hotels, apartments, prisons, airports, office parks, land subdivisions, defence and industrial complexes.

Kevin has an extensive network of trusted associates and has a passion for collaborative contract models, and a particular focus on budget control, reporting and communication.
